About Chippie Vintage


Hi there, my name is Judith Johnson and welcome to the story of Chippie Vintage!

With a boho heart and a gypsy soul along with a passion for creativity, I started on a home decor journey a few years ago by opening a booth in a market store. It started with cool and unique items I would find at garage sales and thrift shops and developed into home decor resale where I would buy home decor items wholesale and stage them for resale in my booth.

But in June 2019, we moved and I had to give up my booth and rethink what I wanted to do. That is when I met a new friend who was into repainting furniture with Dixie Belle chalk paint. When she moved back to Florida shortly after we became friends, I decided to try what she did and Chippie Vintage was born.

I get furniture from thrift stores, garage sales, FB market place and all sorts of apps where you can buy and sell your stuff. Our garage is filled with pieces that are waiting to be refinished. Beside painting furniture, I am also a Dixie Belle Premier Retailer. That means I carry the entire Dixie Belle product line and we have everything you need to finish your own master piece.  

Our Premier Dixie Belle paint booth is located at No3 Vintage on the Dahlonega Square. If you are not local, you can always shop via this website and get the products sent to your home.

We provide in-person workshops twice a month at No3 Vintage. These have limited space and fill up quickly. If you sign up for our newsletter below, you will get the workshop calendar first and first dibs on sign up.
